Till when can I redeem the deal after claiming?
Deals can be redeemed within its validity period after claiming. Deal validity is mentioned on the Deal description of each Deal.

No, this app is absolutely free for you.

Do I need to pay through Byloapp to the Merchant?
No, the transaction will be directly done to the merchant.
What if the merchant dishonors the deal/offers & discounts?
Any merchant who is registered on Byloapp is responsible to obey the Deal’s terms & policy. In any case if the merchant dishonors the Deal you can raise a ticket to Byloapp Support.
Can I redeem the claimed deal online?
Any deal claimed online, it needs to be redeemed offline through walk-ins.
What is Byloapp?
The consumer app offers a market timeline of all the active deals/offers posted by the merchants of different categories like food, pubs & bars, travel, fitness, shopping, wellness, fun, lifestyle, medical, grocery, education & others. How do I create a merchant profile on Byloapp?
– Sign-in to Byloapp
– Tap on Profile Button
– Fill in the required fields.

What if I own multiple businesses, do i need to register with another contact number?
No, with one merchant profile you can add & manage multiple businesses.

Will I be charged for every redemption?
No, Byloapp will not take any commission on any redemption of the deal.
Will I be charged any subscription fees?
It’s free for the first 2 months, post that you just need to pay ₹499 INR monthly subscription only.
